Jess, I laughed….I just got one for our dog pen. It actually works great and is fun to use!
❤
The "Rogue" Squash plant looks like a tropical foliage plant in that location. It's absolutely lovely.
We have a s.all orchard. Harvested 186 pounds of applesauce last season. Lots of applesauce and some pie filling. Yummy
Letting go of perfection is such a sigh of relief 😌 thanks for the walk Jess. Your videos never fail to inspire me and your garden makes my heart sing ❤
Lamb quarter says it healthy soil.
I love garden walks in the evening. Everything looks so peaceful and beautiful. 💚💚💚
"Berry" excited, no pun intended… Lol!
Don't forget to loosen the tags on your trees so they don't kill your trees. I love getting plants and trees from Stark Bro's. They are a great company with wonderful trees. I got thorn-less blackberries this year too. My peach trees are a year behind yours. May God bless you and your family as well.
I hope you show us your mower! Thanks for always reminding me to take in the joy and it's ok if it's not perfect. I can drive myself crazy always looking for it to be "perfect"
volunteer insectory hill will grow your best ever no work garden
Really enjoy your content
The process of growing food is humbling, and so much older than any of us! What a well said truth. I often think of my great-grandparents, that I only saw a few times before they passed away. They were farmers, and had huge apple orchards without any worms, in Eastern Oregon. They had geese. That was the secret. I just wish I could have spent time with them, as they also had a huge vegetable garden; everything all organic, naturally. Sigh!
I could have been their little apprentice. Would have liked this, I believe. I often wonder if they thought of the future generations that might like to know what they did.
I planted an orchard 6 years ago and still have never had one piece of fruit. Whatever frost doesn't kill the oriental fruit moth gets during bloom. I've given up and just enjoy the trees for shade.. but still sad that I can't have fruit. In Alabama 7b. If anyone has advice, let me know.
I have a push real lawn mower… i use it as gentle exercise, collecting grass for mulch. Its great the kids like to use it too
My grandma had one of those lawnmowers back in the day. We used to love pushing it around when we went to visit!
I've let weeds happen to get that surprise plants lol like might not get harvest some of my corn but got some surprise pumpkins can't wait to see wjat they are. Hard jsut till some of that up and plant more corn. Lol. My garlic got some weeds in it. Your still get food even amongst the weeds. Last year my peppers got surrounded by some weeds but I found I had some awesome peppers grow. So figured it helped them stand up and make big peppers I would weed eat path to get in and harvest them. Lol 😆
But I could so need get one those and weedeating doesn't really get Johnson grass. And wonder one those would take the area between the fense on thr farma ND my tomatoes. Not enough space for our zero turn but the weed eater but much
Love your videos !! Thanks for sharing that awesome volunteer how cool the leafs awesome looking
So glad that you posting again, I look forward to your posts everyday. You inspire me so much! God bless you and yours and know that your impact on my life is huge. Ty.
I bought a reel mower several years ago, and that's exactly what my plan is, to use it in my greenhouses
