alright, so I made this medium jar, put it in a suitably lighted spot, and after just 3 days quite a few large isopods and at least 1 large millipede are dead. I did add extra bugs, but they should have all they need, right? There's some fungal growth under that stick. I'm really proud of this so I don't want it wasted. (I made it with my smaller siblings in the yard)

I had this happen to me when I did an isopod jar, I still don’t really know what was killing them, so I moved the remaining 12 (had 15) into a terrarium and they’ve done better, now have over 100
It might be too wet or humid in the jar or maybe then need slight air flow
Could be too dry for them, or too wet as well. My guess would be too dry. If the jar was sealed it could be an oxygen problem as well.
