Joining my plant friends @alina.fassakhova and @leighkiyoko for #FLFfriday, here’s my ‘bambino’ version, which has extra small leaves (no, I’m not a giant)
.
In the first few months of bringing home a FLF, you can expect some older leaves to fall off as the plant adjusts to lower light levels (at best indiors, you can achieve a quarter of what a nursery can provide). Just do your best and know that your plant is trying its best as well. Disappointment arises when our expectations aren’t aligned with the way of Nature.
.
Removing fallen leaves is part of the job. The rate of leaf turnover varies for every plant and in different conditions but we must first eliminate the idea that every leaf lost is a sure sign of death
