Why do my store bought strawberries look like this?

Do they just need washed more thoroughly?

they are picked green and are flavorless. throw them out. never buy store strawberries. grow your own. just plant and wait.

Looks like cosmetic issues. Nothing to worry to about. Just wash and enjoy.
