I got these lithies from Home Depot about a year ago and planted them in this cactus succulent mix and misc colorful rocks. The soil has changed their colors from green to what they are now. I thought I killed them a couple times, and I’m not sure if they seem to be splitting? Should I hold off on watering them? They get 6+ hours of sunlight on a west facing window.

The soils did not change their colour. Given adequate amount of light (which is a lot) they will change to their natural colour. Additionally, leaves will also start to change colour during splitting stage as the old leaves die off.
Do not water until old leaves has dried up or the new emerging body is sowing signs of dehydration, aka side wrinkles.
