Used alcohol to clean the thin flat sharp blade.
Cut the tip of the PC Pachanoi off and beveled the edges.
Cleaned the blade with alcohol again.
Cut the loph nice and flat.
Re cleaned the blade and recut rootstock and scion for freshest surface and slid scion onto the rootstock.
With firm downward pressure I kinda slide the loph back and forth a bit to make sure there is no air trapped between the union.
Used some ace bandage, and firmly stretched it over the scion and attached the to the spines of the rootstock.
Used a rubber band around the bandage to keep it firm.

you should take an edge on the lopho just like you did with your rootstock,that prevents inward curving of the bark
