Kohlrabi is a great vegetable for your garden. You can harvest and eat the leaves like kale. The root crop forms an edible root bulb above the ground. It has a very subtle apple like flavor but mostly tastes like a sweet cabbage with a slight turnip finish. Very sweet! It is a great all around vegetable to add to your garden. The variety shown in the video is ‘Purple Vienna’.
