Seems like a reasonable price for a kit of that size
Sounds like it might already be assembled. Might have to give them a call.
It really depends on your where you live and what you plan on growing in it. Your environment is important because of the how it will hold up in wind, rain or snow. What you want to grow will also play a factor. Vine crops, planter baskets, lettuce? You don’t have much growing area once you account for a walkway and that structure doesn’t give you much height if you want to grow tomatoes or cucumbers. IMO it’s kinda expensive for basically a converted tuff shed.
Doesn’t have anywhere near enough openable space so you would definitely need to run electricity to it to run an extraction fan. Also seems expensive to me, but I’m not in your country.
Polytunnels tend to be the best value for money but not everyone likes the looks of them, I don’t mind them myself. However they may not stand up to snow where you live
