    Love the garden! I'm slowly expanding mine too. Got cabbage, brussels, broccoli and cauliflower growing for the first time. Also have garlic and onions down too! Can't wait to see how they do

    I only use natural fertilizer in my gardens as well. Chicken poo and rabbit gold are the main fertilizers i use.

    I'm in northwest Alabama, my soil is nothing but rocks and hard red clay immediately below the grass. How can I make my dirt on my property ready to start my garden? Or should I just purchase bags of soil from the store for each of the beds? I'd rather find a way to use the soil that's already in my property…thanks…

    I put my garlic in the end of September 😊 the garden bug can't start until late March or April 😮however i am trying my hand with microgreens. If it's a fail my chickens will love it😊
