Hi Ivan is it too late to sow sweet peas?
Lovely church bells. Merry Christmas Ivan.
I'll be honest I'm done for the year already. Christmas potatoes didn't grow well and I took them as new potatoes. I don't suppose you can give us a run down at some point before the new year a New Year's run down on when to start seeds under lamps and heat mats etc? I am going to start planning when I've knocked all the Christmas preparation on the head. I've got apple pies to make this week with the apples from my trees, I sliced them and peeled them and mixed them with a small amount of lemon water, and lots of sugar and cinnamon and popped them in the freezer a couple of months ago. Thanks for keeping up for all of us, it is appreciated!
Is your greenhouse heated?
Thanks for the update Ivan, love the church bells. Enjoy the cabbage harvest. Thanks for sharing.
I'm glad you're at it all year long, Ivan,
Happy holidays to you and Ginny. My 84 year old husband is back from rehab for the second time and doing well and I very much appreciate your best wishes in a previous video.
I just started a front porch garden facing east with overwintering beets and peppers. Do you think it will work in our warmer zone 9b climate? Kale and purple sprouting broccoli survived frosts last week.
Still learning from your wonderful videos, thank you.
I love hearing the bells. Enjoy the mini harvest, Spring is not far away when it's time to start all over. Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Thanks Ivan for this great update, especially with the giant Brussel Sprouts, lol. Have a great week. Take care and all the best. Stevie
Love the bells, reminds me of childhood. As for rain…we are thinking f buying a blimming boat! Now we have another storm forecast. Really getting fed up of the rain though. Peppers on sitting room windowsill are doing brilliantly, growing peppers and still alive. Head start for 2024. Stay safe x
Checked my beans & garlic yesterday, I knew my beans were just beginning to sprout but was surprised my garlic has started to grow, only very small but at least hopefully they're going in the right direction lol, I planted so many bought garlic bulbs from the supermarket, do they grow more Ivan, never done it before, thanks Ivan…
Salio muy bien
Good to see you Ivan.Good to hear the bells.
My Broad beans started to sprout so I'm really pleased 😊😊
I was thinking the cabbages looked like Brussel sprouts 😂 I’m sure they will be delicious 💥
Lol giant Brussels 😆. Every little helps right enough. All the best. Mags.
Emptied some old tubs of soil today for composting and, bingo, I got a good handful of Charlotte spuds. They're small but clean and they'll be great with plenty of butter as "New spuds" in December. As you say, every little helps. Cheers.
