I remember as a young girl my grandfather had a apple press so fun times! Both sides of my parents family from way back the family line are English,Scottish,French line, no wonder I just adorable all thing British! One day I am wanting to visit the Cotswolds, we did London several years ago, however its the countryside I would like to visit. You have such a blessing life, don't ever take it for granted ! Significant and Cause of Concern: I was showing David, my husband, the apple pressing /juicing machine, and he said 'What happened to the seeds'? I said 'What do you mean, they got crushed with the apples'. David said to inform you something that I also Googled to confirm that : Apple seeds contain a compound called Amygdalin, which can produce Hydrogen Cyanide. Please please check with your sources before you drink that apple juice MY DARLINGS. Love you Josie and Charlie.

Hi Josie, beautiful vlog as always 🙂 About the harvest moon: As far as I know, it's called that because back in the old days people would celebrate the last harvest festival Samhain on the full moon in october (some say it's on the new moon, not sure) The months were counted and named after the moons and the moon calendar was used to count time. The october full moon marked the end of the harvest season and some say that you were not supposed to take any more from nature after that moon. Have a beautiful day!

I’m not sure if it comes as natural to you as it seems but I really appreciate the healthy relationship towards food that you promote. It’s good to see, especially compared to some other trends with some influencers only showing extremely traditionally healthy or limited diets, without the occasional treat. I love seeing both healthy and more “treat-y” parts to your diet. You obviously have found a great balance. Love the autumn vlogs!

Lovely autumn content!! I adore all things apple and seeing them pressing into juice was interesting. I have an Omega Juicer that you may enjoy if you love fresh juices, including apple. I often use the pulp left behind in muffins to add more nutrient/fiber. Every time I see HC branding I think of Carolina Herrera. All beautiful.
