Hello!
I’d like to open my ecosphere to give my shrimp some air and change the brackish water.
Could I reseal it with aquarium silicone when I’m done? I can’t seem to find the answer whether aquarium silicone produces fumes. Anyone with an ecosphere know what they used to seal it?
I’ll open it monthly for mild maintenance and gas exchange.

Why not use the opportunity and use a bigger jar that’s also easier to open and close?
