I don't really care who anybody names in any papers in any courtroom because the girls have come back in spirit and spoke of who did it and it's not Richard Allen he was there but he was not alone and not responsible for their actual deaths and I've been sitting on this m********** case for a long time with what those girls have said and these are the exact moments that you understand truth when it comes from the people that were killed now unfortunately this man is going to get railroaded and the cover-up will continue just like the cover-up in Gabby's murder her boyfriend did not do that

May I respectfully say F U to Doug Carter. This man was too busy smizing at the cameras instead of being a professional LEO. A smart person uses every resource possible to solve a crime. An ignorant person thinks he & his dopey deputies can solve a double murder even tho their typical day is spent writing speeding tickets & catching a kid who broke into a garage or two.
You didn’t know what you were doing. You are an embarrassment to police work & I hope you feel ashamed for how long these two young ladies have gone without justice.
I'm from Indiana and we're not all this stupid. There is a reason the investigation and prosecutor have attempted to hold a curtain up every step of the way, it's a weak case. There is no way you can prove an unspent shell cycled through a gun that was machined by the same machine that made thousands of guns. They had nothing to begin with and when lost, they went back through their tips for something. Even with the later time there was no time to do all that occurred at the crime scene. The prosecution just hopes they can run under the radar with this trial and get a conviction in the cloak of darkness. If you have good evidence, you want to make sure everyone sees what you have!

It's hard for me to believe that the resource officer never got in touch with investigators to ask if anyone has done a followup interview with the guy that said he was there that day. Something is really fishy, doesn't make sense that the resource officer did such a sloppy job, and didn't follow up.
Won't cell phone tower pings either confirm, or clear Richard Allen from being at the crime scene? He claims to have been using his phone to check stock tickers.
DNR. I know them well. They don’t care much about anything in my state. Unless it’s felony related and can further their career they don’t care. Sad but this is true. Even a day after DNR can’t remember much when you speak to them accurately. I hope they catch the real person or persons involved. If that happens to be the accused then so be it. But don’t trust a DNR ranger. Also if accused has some proof of these police or CO having odinite flags, proves his character is telling the truth. Just saying cops and DNR are people too and at the end of the day they don’t care as long as they go home to their family and they get paid. The “they risk their lives for us” really no longer applies. It’s more like “ the chosen men and woman of god risk their lives”. Cause it’s few and far between nowadays.
His bullet was found there. He admitted it several times in jail That seals the deal for me. He even admitted to being there and the police lost his interview report

I have believed that Richard Allen was innocent all along even before we got these new details. I believed that something was fishy with this case as soon as he was arrested. That is a small town where everybody pretty much knows everybody else. It was strange to me that years went by and nobody ever recognized who the 'bridge guy' was. Richard was a public guy in the local CVS and everybody who needed prescriptions saw him on a regular basis. He had no criminal history whatsoever which is more than i can even say for myself. He never left town, nor ever tried to change his physical appearance. And there is no way this small, chubby, middle aged guy could have done all of that on his own either.
And those girls were found right away the very next day after they went missing and were slain. There had to be fresh DNA on their bodies and perhaps even on their clothing. That DNA evidence would have proved without any doubt who exactly was involved with those girls. There would have been no question at all. This case should have been solved in days or weeks at the very worst. It should have never dragged on for more than six long years! I was suspicious that there was no mention of DNA evidence, and suspicious that so many other details remained hidden from the public for years. I am now more suspicious than i was even before all of this came out. I think some of the real criminals in this case include members of the police, the DA's office and maybe even the judge. My questions have always been and still are: Where is the DNA evidence, and who does it belong to? What have they been hiding all these years? And who have they been protecting? I have always been saying that something seems rotten in Delphi.
Read this carefully .. he’s 100 percent guilty O doubts . That said he will get convicted and sent to the klink for life because of the pressure to convict . Sorry to disappoint but that’s what’s gonna happen . The police dropped the ball and will tinker to make a case that they should have from the get go ! The amount of police corruption here is very evident . Case should be tossed out !

Its funny the similarities between this case and the Idaho case lol the investigation the suspect evidence and the trial lol especially the no cameras in court room lol.
RA’s first statement is probably more truthful, because, HE called the tip line to offer that he was at the bridge from 1:30–3:30. He knew from reports, that LE was asking anyone that was there from 1:30 to 3:30 when the girls went missing to contact LE. If he had left at 1:30, he most likely would not have called in. The Natural Resource Officer later interviewed him in person at CVS (Grocery store). Sadly, it took a cold case person, 5-yrs. later, to catch this call-in. Good news is LE re-investigated.

This kind of thing could make an Innocent witness hesitant to come forward with information. You could wind up, in a defacto sense, having to prove your innocence.

I don’t believe the ritual or staging rumors. RA has no criminal background we know of, and it seems odd a man would awaken one day and decide to become a killer. I think he encountered the girls by chance and some horrible argument broke out to the point RA lost control.
