  1. Hi Ivan.
Great video, great to see how much can be packed in to such a small area.
    About sunflowers…
Are the seeds edible from all types of sunflower, or is it only certain types?
    Many thanks.

  2. Your container garden is looking fantastic, very inspiring. Your videos help keep me & my husband to keep motivated .This is our first yr we have really got into container growing. Today l decided to write down how much im saving per day when l harvest , to keep myself motivated. We only garden for l hr a day,6 days a week & todays harvest of rhubarb, turnips, swisschard, new pots, 2 big bowls mixed salads, chives, parsley & mint ,would have cost us approx £10 organic from supermarket. Im more than happy with that for just our l hr per day for our possible saving of £60 per week. That works out as a massive saving for just me & hubby per week, all from containers. Plus more saving when our strawberries, peas ,tomatoes, courgettes etc are added to the harvest list. Seeing how it can be possible from your videos is very inspiring and showing your lovely container area Ivan, far more than our area, its very impressive. thank you.

  3. Just cut a head of calabrese to bring in to the fridge! 🙂 I love it when harvests start coming in! Nice reuse of the sun flower stem, it'll last you as long as you need them to. Going to have a potato reveal soon? So much produce in 12ft by 12ft its really inspiring, thank you!

  4. Everything looks great now Ivan, the container garden is thriving. I planted some carrots today, didn't have long it was far too hot & we're south facing ..

  5. With no shading my greenhouse got to 55 degrees in Cumbria today. Luckily I'd taken outside all bar the cucumbers. It's nearly 7pm and still quite hot. Thanks Ivan for all the time you take to produce very informative videos. I enjoy your cooking ones too.

  6. I thought I was going to get a day off watering today but we had rumbles of thunder without a single drop of rain here 😞 so disappointing!

  7. Thanks Ivan, the container garden is looking fabulous, as is the red cabbage. My dwarf peas are starting to fill up can't wait to harvest some. Thanks for reminding us about the hosepipe. As always all tips and advice welcomed.

  8. Thank-you all my containers look really good first time ever harvested first lettuce and looking forward to what's to come brilliant channel 👍

  9. Thanks Ivan, for this terrific and hot update, everything is looking fantastic, it seems like five minutes ago that it was frosty and raining. Have a good week mate. Take care and all the best. Stevie

  10. I love containers. you can move them wherever you wish. Everything looks great. It is 6 PM here and it's still 97F. I'm heading out to give my plants a cool drink of water.

  11. 👍👍. I'm forever moving containers around taking advantage of shade and/or sun from other tall and short mature plantings. One of the pluses of container gardening.👏👏

  12. This year I ramped up container gardening for greens, beans, bok choi, onions and peppers. All seeming much happier than in our sandy soil that I can never amend enough. I set up big galvanized and plastic tubs and they look so nice together. Our peppers seem so much happier and healthier. Bok choi does awesome. I also have lettuce doing very nicely on the porch containers. You garden looks so productive. Im going to attempt to make those footed boxes you have from scrap wood pallets. Always a project in the garden.

  13. Had the same thing happen with my round zucchini plant…so I ditched it there’s still a lot of time left to grow the variety your use to.. the longer ones instead of the balled type zucchini..Great vid though things r looking 👌
