Here as well.. Ontario..
Why do we have such a short growing season across from a super ‘extra long Rip Van Winkle beard growing winter’…?
I was thinking about putting some of my pots away already … Bummer of a thought.

Looks nice! Not into these but was wondering if all these flowers and plants can survive when you put them indoor and will be solid for bringing them out again next year?

Same here (Northern Europe). I’m already grieving my lovely summer flowers that won’t be around for much longer.
I’m planning try to keep the ones in small pots (that I can easily carry) alive for a bit longer by bringing them indoors for the first few nights of subzero temperatures because often there are still warmer nights in late September – early October to come even if one or two nights in mid-Sept are very cold. And for those nights I’ll also bring plants in big pots right up to the walls of my house where it’s warmer than elsewhere in the yard, and possibly cover them. It’ll buy them a little longer lease on life.
