I let it get about that big, then take a cutting or two and sell or gift the main plant. I do this once a year. Beautiful plants but they get big.

I would say it depends on how much space you have. Personally, I would let it get as wild as it wants to be. Maybe as below, take a cutting once a year to trim out any really long branches, but I would let nature take its own happy course.
