I don't judge people by the color of their skin. I recently saw you on another channel, and went and immediately subscribed to your channel because I like your content. I also watch Homestead Heart for their content, and I can relate to y'all. Talking about being turned in for different things, I am caucasian (white) and had some older white people turn me in to health and sanitation for having to many toys in my yard when my kids were little. I had 2 bicycles, a tricycle , and a ball. The health inspector laughed and suggested I put them behind the house, but said I didn't have to.
I am a Black woman who was harassed by the police while gardening in my own front yard.

The horrors that were done to Our People in medical science, claiming We don't feel pain. Still today, many doctorsnurses don't believe when Black patients are feeling pain, acting like You don't need pain medicine. Being in pain WHILE BLACK. I KNOW personally from age 10 with NO anesthesia while getting 26 stitches in My foot, to now 50+, being in pain with My lower back and the doctors blowing Me off with it's not that serious.
I recall a sister who was growing medicinal herbs & flowers around her property, she lived in a whypeepo area (never live surrounded by them). They complained about her garden which was beautiful. The town authorities came and DESTROYED her garden property. Her neighbors had FAKE OUTRAGE of what happened to her.
Denying Black farmers loans, setting them up to look like they don't own their land, etc., etc.

This is so true. I have purchas land with USDA loans and it has bin like pulling teath to get the loans approve. I was force to get a low wage job just to close the loans. Even whit me having the document of showing my income from farming.

People living in neighborhoods with HOA’s can get kicked out or arrested if they don’t comply. Usually that includes planting gardens. I lived in a trailer park where they didn’t want you planting anything that a mouse would eat. They didn’t care if it was to stay in the family or just be a tomato every once in a while they did not allow it. Wasn’t a black or white thing it was a trailer park thing.
Can you please post a link that shows us where those@&&&&& Stopped the purchase of good seeds? There should be a lawsuit. I saw where they had filed a suit but were they found guilty or is there a cover-up? This was 2018

Cousin, I'm truly sorry, I really am.😞 This has been happening soooooooo long. I've heard stories about this crap (bad seeds) all the way from Zimbabwe to Tennessee. It was even said,, " planting these seeds would produce great harvests year one, year two good harvest, year three ok harvest. The grand finale was year four,, nothing. But,, they slowly notice nothing would grow in these places for five years or more. I know it sounds crazy. I buy seeds from folks I know personally. No catalogs or stores.. it means i don't get to many new things to grow,, but my chances of getting bad seeds are low. Ii read how folks are buying seed and none germinate. They fail to clean out that soil and refresh it.. Then plant in that very spot again. This seems like a game to some.. if you're not aware your a game piece,, not to worry… You'll know one day. Some folks can only feel their own pain. If it's not me or mines, then i don't care.. It's asinine the hate that some has. If you think it's only your skin color, they hate t's not, it goes beyond that. It's written "Why has he chosen them over us" "They have come down among you bearing a great wrath (hatred). When asked where have you been? " walking to and fro, to see who I may destroy" It's said that the earth was destroyed by a flood, next it would be fire. If we would only pay attention. There's no need for the KKK anymore. We have civilians taking up arms. Just regular folks in seems. SMH. I was raised, "If it looks like a dog, bark like a dog. I know it probably feels color related, but I know of as many stories of white people having issues in what should be one of the rightest of rights, private property rights. There was a man lived in Roswell, Georgia, lived there a long time, when it was still rural, farmland. The area went "City" and his neighbors started complaining about his chickens. The Officials harassed that poor man until he blew himself up inside his house! Just last year, Polk County, Georgia, a man lost his job because of the Plandemic, took his 401k money and bought some land way out in the countryside to start a farm. His family was living on the property in an RV until they could be able to afford to have a house built. One day the Code Enforcer and Law Dawg shows up and tells him they can't live in the RV and will have to move, or they will take everything he owns. Sometime after that I saw a newspaper article where the City of Cedartown decided to so graciously allow residences of a certain acreage the privilege of being able to own a couple of chickens. Residences have to apply for a Special Land Use Permit, and can't have more than 4 laying hens. People were freaking thanking them for giving them permission! Infuriating! We vote people to represent us, but they seem to think they Rule us!

There are definitely different experiences in the country. I just want to caution that the politicians and newsrooms control the narrative. I believe the average white person has been manipulated as much as black folks. It’s all sin, racism is the symptom not the disease, sin is. Race classification is man made. After the flood, Noah’s family populated the whole earth. We are all family. We just need to open our eyes to that fact and stop listening to news and politics.

What you were faced with is a form of BULLYING. Please try to read the book "bullying from backyard to boardroom" edited by William Wilkie. the BEST chapter and a big guide is chapter 7 written by Robyn Mann.
Whether it is called domestic violence or bullying or hazing or unfair targeting it is the STAGES that are the same and the expectations of the BULLY and the result the BULLY wants that remain the same.
It is just the INTENSITY of the bullying that can be low intensity leading to hurt feelings and knowing you were treated unfairly or unjustly THEN it can ESCALATE in some really nasty cruel unjust bullying right up to the WORST INTENSITY that can result in DEATH for the person being bullied that is different.

Hello friend. I'm late to your channel but happy I found it and am now a subscriber. I live and garden (while Black) in rural Ontario, Canada and have a similar experience.
One Spring an insurance sales person (white) drove up my mile long lane to try to sell me a policy. She noticed my grow table in the front room with veggie starts. She looked shocked and gasped "What are those!". I was a new gardener at the time and proudly invited her over to the table and named all the veggies on it. But all the while she was shaking (with fear!!!??) and she quickly ran out of the house like a long tail cat on fire. Over the next months we were thoroughly investigated, both covertly and overtly.
My husband and I had a laugh about it at the time but I would be lying if I didn't say I was beyond furious.This was definitely about race and nothing else!
Your observation that this kind of policing and harassment starts with those the authorities, and people like my sales person, deem to be more socially vulnerable and thus easy targets soon spreads to all other areas and groups. Hate and fear are hungry animals. They are not long satisfied with small prey. It is up to us all, no matter our wealth, education, social standing or colour to realize that in standing up for the least of us we are protecting ALL of us!

I heard of a story like this before , were they sold a black farmer slow germinating seeds so that the white Farmers could beat him to market with their product , this doesn't surprise me at all , you have to know that these people are our enemies and they don't want black ppl to have nothing , always want to keep us on the bottom so they can stay on the top, but congratulations brother keep gardening 🖤🖤🖤🖤
