Steps are timber in the ground, non-structural, with a thin coat of gravel. Gravel is getting thinnger as time goes as it’s mooshed into the soil so it’s come time to upgrade. How should we finish the steps? Retreat with gravel (and a liner this time)? Put timber slats over the top? Pavers? Though for the later, I wouldn’t even no how to go about it with this configuration.
