Thai Cucumber Salad
Serves 3-4 people

5 TBS. Sugar
1 Long, skinny cucumber (thinly sliced)
1C. Boiling Water
1 tsp. Salt
3-5 Chiles, seeded and finely chopped
3 Shallots, thinly sliced
1/2 C. White Vinegar

Preparation: Put cucumbers in a bowl. Dissolve sugar in water. Site in vinegar and salt. Pour over cucumbers. Sprinkle shallots and chiles over cucumbers. Chill and Serve.

    I planted cucumber seed and I had three like the ones you have I didn’t know what they were so I threw them away the packet showed just regular cucumber I’m not a gardener so I had never seen them wish I had known because I love firm cucumbers soaked in ginger with onion
