Ive got this sarracenia and some of the heads have been growing super deformed, kinda like little tapered points. Is there anything I can do about this?

When they start going dormant towards the end of the year (which is a gradual process), they start to peter down like this. However, this can also happen with a lack of light. Sarracenia are outdoor plants, full sun from sunrise–to sunset. When the hours of sunlight grow shorter in the late fall and throughout winter, the plant will be able to differentiate between longer photoperiod seasons and dormant season.

All of this will take care of itself if you just grow in full sun outside. Don’t worry about it man. Also, some sarracenia for example sarracenia flava begin growing early in the year, and also peter down earlier in the year

    DM me for anything

Those are phyllodia- essentially leaves that function purely for the purpose of photosynthesis that don’t develop further into traps. A lot of the taller species of sarracenia make these quite a lot- including flava and oreophila (I can’t quite tell which yours is). They’re common as the plants begin to track towards dormancy in the fall. If you have an oreo, they are going dormant this time of year so the presence of them tracks. If that’s a flava, I also wouldn’t be overly concerned given they are beginning to leave their active growth season and head more towards settling in before winter.
