Beautiful plant!! Definitely looks like some cultivar of a Hoya Pubicalyx; might have to wait for it to flower to know exactly what cultivar — many look really similar just by the leaves 🙂 My guess is the flower will be red/purple given how the new growth comes in, I’m not sure the pink varieties do that the same way.
I have one that looks a lot like yours, also didn’t come with a label but based on its flowers looks like what they call Hoya Pubicalyx “red buttons”.
