    He’s thirsty! Give him a good bottom water and it’ll plump back up in no time

    The soil is compacted, preventing most the roots from getting water. In addition to bottom watering as recommended in the comments on the other post, I would also recommend aerating when the soil is moist using a chopstick.

    Hey! I saved mine with gritty bonsai mix and a small terracotta pot. I water it every 8-10 days and by setting it on a cooling rack that’s sitting on a pyrex bowl, then I let the water run through and drain into the bowl.

    There’s a chance you may also have root rot.
