Ceratostigma plumbaginoides an amazing plant. Recommended to all 🥰 It's not a fussy plant at all…I haven't watered mine in 6 months and we've not rained in PNW for except a scant couple of hours the last 5 months.
Plumbago in Australia, grows 1 metre tall and become huge bushes. I wonder if there's different types?

The lily blooms that giant pond plant is throwing are stunning! Do they have a fragrance? I drove by a big, natural pond over the weekend, and it was full of white lilies. That was the first thing I was thinking… do they smell good? Pond lilies are illegal to cut/ harvest in our area.
😂Aaron has updated the "old adage" to "You TOTALLY get what you pay for"😆The chairs are beautiful and you both look so comfortable in them. My old arthritic knees can't handle the Adirondack style, but I'd be happy on one of those benches. I agree with you, Laura, that the kids will find plenty of seating without adding more chairs. It's all coming together so beautifully!

Not gonna lie, I'm still morning the death of the white/moon garden. Evertime something is planted in that space hurts just a little. At the very least I'd hope that area would have stayed very formal.

I have always loved "Interrupted Horizon" views in the garden and the Pond really offers that with the rocks and the trees! Love it!!
