    I was thinking of doing the same thing with my suckers. Allegedly our first frost is mid-October, but that is so unlikely. Last year it was the first of November. We will be lucky to be in the 60s (as opposed to hotter) in October. So Ima do it, and if not, maybe I'll get more cabbage and broccoli!

    I grew up not liking tomatoes. I’ve eaten more tomatoes this year than I probably would have ever if I wasn’t growing them. But those Brandywine Yellow tomatoes!!! You are so right. They are absolutely delicious and are now a favorite. If I had grown up on tomatoes like that, I probably would have loved them all along. It’s just a perfectly balanced, meaty tomato. 🙂

    Girl, I have decided to do the same thing with my tomatoes. I can tell you it works. I already started earlier with one of my tomatoe plants, and sure enough, I got tomatoes.

    Ugh this Florida heat is taking a tole on me here! That is what causes me to be lazy. Just started a few things for the first time though in my raised bed. I'm using clam shell/lobster shell. Putting a trellis together now. My little tomato plant is so small! Also something ate the leaves off my winter squash!! The nerve! It's still alive. Learning from you Asia thank you!

    I planted tomatoe suckers and new seeds. It worked. I have them all in shady. I have to mist them several times a day, so they dont dry out. But I'm only doing cherry type. I also did it with peppers.

    Can you share where you purchased your Rosella. I purchased some from Amazon last year, never germinate. I purchased from Esty, 100% germination, however they didn’t start flowering until October. I started the seeds indoors for n January.
