That appears to be hops, and you really shouldn’t let your pets eat unidentified plants. Many are extremely toxic and/or fatal to animals.

I can smell this picture! Hops, but no idea on the precise variety. They die back over the winter but you can train them to climb a trellis or arbor when they pop up in the spring.
