This plant is a little over 2 years old and has grown beautifully and rapidly (esp. after repotting) in my old place getting plenty of sunlight. I moved to a new place over 6 months ago and the plant growth has been much slower as it is getting less light from the north-facing window.
A couple of months ago, I noticed these black spots on a few leaves and since then it has spread to other leaves as well. This is my biggest concern. Could it be fungus or another kind of infestation?
Furthermore, its overall health has been deteriorating having brown edges on the leaves, hanging stems (vs. upright stem when it was happy and healthy), rolled in edges on a young leaf and lack of growth of new leaves.
Would love to hear your suggestions and tips on how I can save this beautiful plant!
