ARTIFICIAL TURF PROS AND CONS | Julie Khuu



I recently removed all the grass from my courtyard and replaced it with artificial grass and I’m SO happy we did it and made the investment. There are a variety of reasons that you might want to add synthetic grass to your landscaping. This video will break down all the pro’s and con’s, different varieties, and price points so you can move forward with confidence.

    Does rain water drain through it? Does it mold? I'm trying to understand how it works. Never needing mow is a huge plus.

    It will cook the roots of that tree in you yard, be sure to keep the turf at least 2 feet from three trunk, and water that tree!!

    I am considering getting artificial turf. I'm more worried about the climate I live in. How does climate affect artificial turf. I live in Mobile, Alabama. We have high humidity, lots of rain at times, and high heat during the summer.

    Hi there. I spent $10k installing turf but am having regrets because of all the info coming back around the chemicals in plastic and especially waterproof materials with “forever chemicals” that are being directly linked to cancer etc. What are your thoughts?

    I've heard that artificial turf has a lot of chemicals in it and this is a concern for me. What is this made of and do you know the chemical content? I have dogs and this is worrisome for me.
