This is such an amazing journey you are sharing with us. Thank you for bringing us along for all these years. I have a question concerning the width of the paths in the new eastside vegetable garden. Would there be a downside or a negative impact if the rows were not only wide enough for the lawn mower but also the gator? Might it save you a few more steps, especially during the hottest parts of the season when you are weeding, fertilizing and harvesting? ๐ ๐ฝ๐ป๐ซ๐ถ๐ฅ
Are all your tomatoes bush variety? Do you prune them at all? Are all tomatoes growing outside?
I can't bring myself to trim the flowers. I am afraid that they won't come back๐คฃ
Love all your videos! I thought you would take that funky looking tomato to your dad. ๐
Would you be willing to go over your meal plan process sometime? This is one of my biggest struggles right now, and I'm always on the hunt for a fresh idea. Thanks for considering.
The onions look amazing. This year I was able to grow actual LARGE onions! I used starts from my local nursery and lovely compost. So, thanks for always encouraging us and to go to the local nursery. It works!
Can pansies be cut back to prompt new growth the way you did with petunias?
"THANKS"
You talked about curing the onions. How do I cure sweet potatoes?Iโm in Spokane, and weโre in the 90s. During the winter I use the garage but it can be too warm.
Gorgeous onions, lovely girl!
How long do you let your onions and potatoes dry out before you use them to cook with? Can you pick an onion or potatoe the same day you cook with it?
Aaron question for you how is the mini split working in The Hartley? Thinking about getting one in my office in Austin one million degrees here. Would you recommend?
Can you show us your root cellar? And do you do canning and storing food for the year?
Laura, I love all your podcast and enjoyed seeing the new pond area! My question is about ranunculus. Several of mine bloomed but several are bent or snapped just before the bloom. The plants that did well were in indirect light. The ones that bent or drooped were in direct light. Could you tell me what you think happened? Thanks so very much!
Deborah
Could we get an update on your sisters yard? Hers is very similar to mine and I got so much inspiration from that transformation.
You have a super Green Thumb!!!
I am always in awe of your artistic vision for your property. Everything is turning out to be so beautiful.
Laura, can you still order your Merch?
The containers look awesome, the cut back really helps our flower's. And those tomatoes are beautiful. I love to see all the produce y'all grow every summer, it's so amazing and beautiful, big and lush.โค
yes! enjoyed it ๐๐พ
So this year I became brave and when a plant wasn't doing well I but it back to see if it would flush back. Everything has done well from me doing it. So happy I finally tried it.
Would you go through your meal planning?๐
Looking good, just a quick question don't you use the green part,I mean the escallion. ?

WOW!! What a great harvest so far! Itโs going to be epic this year. That dry powder soil sure loves to help produce great things!! lol I hope you bring us along for most of your harvesting! Itโs so satisfying! ๐โฅ๏ธ
Those beautiful onions have me dreaming of a nice hot bowl of French Onion Soup on a cold winter evening!
Meal Plan … could tell us about your meal plan?
Update on containers, wow, the sweet potato vine had grown so much. Always makes them look so tidy. Great garden harvest. Love the sunflowers, red is my favorite. I've never seen purple potatoes. Wow, onions!! Enjoyed
Love your channel! I garden in zone 8b, and just came in from inspecting my Bordeaux petunias. They looked absolutely gorgeous when I purchased them. I planted 6 of them in their own bed, but they have never thrived. The foilage continually declined ( although there was a good display of flowers) until today when I walked out this morning and there were only three blooms on the six plants. It is not a watering or fertilizer issue. I feel 80% sure that something (disease) is wrong with the plant, or purchased garden soil. Am curious to see if yours come back from their haircut.
When I grew onions from seed I ended up with sets by the end of my season here in WI. Does anyone know if it just depends on the variety or because our season is shorter? Thanks!
I canโt remember, weโre both types of shallots grown from seed? Iโve grown the Zebrune abut the reds look good too!
Harvest time always amazing!
Amazing btw question do the water timers etc need to come inside during winter or will they not freeze ?
Very nice harvest…so far!
What a great quick harvest! Do you ever deal with Blossom-end rot on tomatoes? I have it every year and can not get a grasp on it to prevent it! I've tried less water, more water, fertilizer….any help is appreciated! Thank you๐
Do you let Paul and Bethany pick from your bounty? โค
Love your colour choice in your big pots they look great.
NICE HAUL ON THE ONIONS
That jazz music is much better! Loved it!
Thatโs the craziest cat face tomato I have ever seen! Such a great harvest. I love this time of year. When all the work and waiting comes to fruition.
Wow, my mouth is watering looking at those tomatoes, yum yum!๐จ๐ฆ
