We got a huge discount on all these bare root plants from Tractor Supply. I know summer is not ideal to plant them, has anyone used an alternative method of keeping them alive?
Would it be good to plant them in pots inside the house until fall then transplant them to outside? I know most need to experience a freeze period to enter a proper dormancy.
There are a couple varieties of raspberry, a blueberry, and a strawberry. We are located in Indiana, Zone 5B if that matters.
