They just raided a friends dispensary in Ny. He is facing a D felony. 7 k for lawyer on retainer. He paid his taxes. He wouldn't let anyone in under 21. Long story but NY dragged feet with legal Recreational dispensaries so people were just opening them up without paperwork. Good for 2 years and now raided. The sheriff said dnt feel bad ur the 9th place today. Buffalo NY last week. Some people got cease and desist 30 days and some people got that with no rhyme or reason.
I'm telling you now it's not ok in NY anymore at least not in Buffalo
