I love to eat the purple sweet potato. The Okinawa variety where the insides are purple. So I decided I will try to grow them. This is my first time growing plants and I decided to make use of the limited space I have to grow edible plants.
I think it is a good idea to grow our own food and sweet potatoes are one of the best plants to grow because besides the tubers; we can also eat the leaves!
