In this video, I’m going to show you how I turned my 2 bedroom house into a 3 bedroom. At the same time I remodel the kitchen and hallway which also required work in the attic and basement. And we’re gonna do it… Right Now! 👉

Actually, let’s start with wow! What a year for my family and I! For the past year, I’m going to show you what our life has been like; non-stop, calculated remodels to not throw our life into shambles, and well, sometimes exhausting. I must have well over one hundred hours of unedited footage. 😲

Maybe one day I’ll post it all, bloopers, outtakes, you name it, but for today, you’ll get 40 minutes of the epic 3-in-1 remodel. From remodeling the kitchen, the hallway, a 3rd bedroom but also adding in some attic and basement projects to support those remodels, I’ll go over my thought process while completing it all. And don’t you worry, there is a great surprise(s) thrown in there!

I wanted to thank you all for your years of support and I truly appreciate you watching my videos. I hope you enjoy this video! And if this is your first time consider subscribing for more home repair content like this!

  3. Such beautiful work!!!!!!!! Please come to my house and help me now 😭🤣 and congratulations on the little ones!!! 🎉

  4. Hello, I'm not sure if you'll catch my comment, but; I'm wanting to get into this kind of field of work. Carpentry and remodeling is something I find great interest in, but idk where to start? I know there are trade schools and whatnot, but unfortunately there aren't any near where I live. Do you have any tips or any form of info that could maybe help me out? Thank you for your time in advance 😊

  5. I'm impressed your your wife is lucky your s*** is all done my thoughts on how did you not have to get inspections by the building electrical or plumbing Town inspectors permits

  6. Why did you close up that little bulkhead that goes down to your basement how come you didn't square it off or better yet why did you close up that wall totally aren't you and make it like a bookshelf for something to storing there

  7. When I clicked on the video I was expecting another time lapse but wow! This is your best video yet, you knocked it it off the park! I’ve watched all your videos but I loved the voice over going back through the whole project!

  8. Throughly enjoyed this video! Excellent workmanship. Looks fantastic! Congratulations on your new arrivals. Blessings to you and your family.

  9. Cute ending! I have a question, I noticed when you open the door to the 3rd bedroom the doorknob will hit the wall. Did you catch that before it made a big hole in the wall? What do you call the thing that stops the doorknob, a doorstop?, or did you put something near the bottom of the door?

  10. Love your video. Your voice is so friendly and easy to listen to. Way to go with the twins.
Beautiful remodel. Your family will appreciate and enjoy their home for many years.

  11. Congratulations. Have been a fan for a long time and anxiously awaited the videos as they have come out. Such great workmanship!! And congrats on the twins!!!

  12. As a European, I find this fascinating. Our houses are made of bricks and concrete or whatever it's called in English and there is no way you can just cut a hole in your wall to install a new electricity plug or hide cables. Congrats on that amazing work, the precision always blows me away. If I started anything on an unlevel floor or ceiling it would just end up even less leveled 😂

  13. Aww I'm so happy for you! My jaw dropped when I saw the onesies on the door. Congratulations! 💕 This was such a beautiful renovation.

  14. Simply Incredible…👏. I watched each and every video and yet this timelapse through the entire project had me hooked. Keep up the amazing work.

  15. I’m thinking that the space was originally a den or family room. I know a lot of houses that were built at that time were built with a formal living room and an additional room that could be used either as a den or a family room with the TV. My aunt’s house had something like that.

  16. It still trips me out everytime I see the vapor barrier used with the insulation. Here in Louisiana with the humidity we have would be a nightmare

  17. I've loved watching your videos for a while now. This one is epic though! That plot twist at the end just made my day. Congratulations. Thank you for sharing your work, it's inspired me in so many ways. But not that last part (heehee).

  18. This dude is a machine great looking builds . Very creative work especially since you built your whole house over. Congratulations on your twins.

  19. Dang, man. Did you hire M Night Shyamalan to edit your video. The plot twist at the end got me good! Congrats. The work you did looks top notch. Not cutting corners during your process really paid off
