I recently toured a brand new nursery called Green Acres in Irving, TX. I am so excited about this 2023 plant haul. A plant nursery tour is always fun but this one was so large that it felt overwhelming. But check out my spring plant haul at the end!

If you ever get the chance, you should swing by Redenta's Nursery in Dallas. It's a small nursery but it's packed with different varieties of plants. My go to place for something different.๐ฆ๐ผ
Awesome! Hadnโt heard of this place but believe I see one on the map coming soon to Ft. Worth Ridgmar area. Thank you for this video!
Another place to check out, if you havenโt already, is Rooted In out in Pilot Point. I just did a local pickup of a Texas Tough Natives starter plants box that came from them, but havenโt made the 1hr+ trek to their garden center.
Forget to mention. Youโre gonna love that star jasmine!!
Looks amazing
Thank you for this information. I live 29 minutes away from that nursery and didn't even know it was there. I will be visiting it on Friday. ๐ I skipped to see what you purchased and loved your choices. Thanks!
I hope they will open one in Austin TX
Holly Molly!!! That place looked AMAZING. You all are so lucky to have them in your area as that store is the first one opened in TX. It's my understanding that they started in CA and decided to expand to TX. Hope they come to the Houston area someday soon as we really need some diversity regarding our garden/nursery centers. Their prices had me drooling. It will be interesting to see how the plants perform in your gardens.
I canโt wait to visit this place. Iโve been waiting for it to open. Thanks for the tour. Definitely looks like itโs worthwhile. Wish they had more Proven Winners.
Green Acres, what a fantastic place. Thanks for taking us along. What fun!!!
What a fun trip! Wish we had a Green Acres in Houston!

OMG! How did I not know about this store! Iโm so heading there tomorrow! Thanks for the tour!
Amazing Plants and so much garden soil supplements. If lived there I would be purchasing land and sea and all the tone fertilizers. Looking forward to seeing all those projects that you have planned and all their updates. And the many tours that you will be doing. Enjoy the rest of your day.
What a awesome garden center all that you got are beautiful cant wait to see how you plant them all!
Wow ๐ฎ I think I would get a vertigo attack – lol so many choices but so many great things ๐ผ๐บ๐ฟ
Good natures to love soils seeds agriculture farming gardens Good hobbies.
They have a bunch of stores In California.โค
Wow that is a huge nursery ๐๐๐๐ฅฐI could spend hours shopping there! And probably spend too much ๐๐๐๐
I finally found Supertunia Honey in a local nursery and they also had the SuperCal Sunray Pink and Cinnamon varieties! I've been dying to try the Honey variety, so I'm going to do a couple of pots with those!
I truly don't understand why stuff is more expensive in San Antonio than the Dallas area. Those prices were really good generally, but that's much cheaper than down here.
I love that nursery, too. I work in Irving and found that nursery the week they opened. I couldnโt leave some of the items behind which means I bought them before the last frost date. I had to keep everything in the cold frame & garage until I could start planting last week.
So excited to visit Green Acres! I live locally and I have yet to find Bio-tone or land & sea compost in any store. And the prices there are excellent!
Next time we take a weekend down that way I will have my husband take me there.
Thank you for taking us! That was some plant store! Loved all the different things they had. I could spend a day there if not overwhelmed.
Great video!
Love those Zinnias! Whatโs the name of the zinnia variety?

Thank you for the tour of Green Acres. What a huge place! Didnโt know it existed and it is the first time Iโve seen the Land and Sea compost thank you ๐
I sure wish we had one in my state.
Thank you for sharing this video. Wow. Iโm pretty close. I need to go check it out. About 20 min away.
