  1. Just put all mine in. Thanks for a wonderful video. You are helping me a lot as this is my first growing season

  2. Thats the way to do it Ivan. I use also old soil bags for potatoes and dahlias. I fill them later full with unfinished compost and composting process continues giving some warmth for the tubers. Also I turn the bag inside out so the black side catches some sunshine warming the soil. These potato bags are very useful while I grow cutflowers. They can be used as weights keeping the tarps, plastic mulch and row covers in place on windy day. Also under the row cover they function as hoops keeping row cover or fleece up so that the row cover is not pressing down the young seedlings. I dont mind if some pitatoes freezes.. I have a lot of those bags with various stages of growth.

  3. Thanks Ivan, I was wondering when to plant and what size container, to use for main crop potatoes. Thanks for sharing.

  4. Happy Easter 🐣 weekend Ivan and Ginny. It’s absolutely pouring down here so no gardening today (wimpy old woman 😂😂), Ali ☔️☔️☔️🇨🇦

  5. Happy to see this one Ivan. I have my chitted potato’s happily sprouting and nearly ready for planting. You’re the second person mentioning bone meal, so I have it on my shopping list ✔️ Happy Easter to you and your family 💚🍀

  6. I really like the ease of harsting from containers, However, now i have so much room I do deep mulch LOL I think its a little cheper as i get the deep mulch for free lol
