DIY TILE TOP COMPUTER TABLE

This is my first time to build a table using a tile, am so happy with the outcome!! YEY 😀 hope you guys learn a lot from me!!!

    What is the best way to avoid cracking the tile? Would a piece of wood with thin-set and tile buttering be enough?

    It is nice to see how your skills develop over time, but you have to be careful here! Welding isn´t as easy as it looks.
    If you are making just some points/dots, you will NOT get the complete sturdiness from the welded joint. Please be carefull here, the steal doesn´t get hot enough to form a strong joint.
    Furthermore to avoid possible cracks in the tile you could get 12-19mm plywood, and screw the wood to the crossbars (prevent bending wood), before laying down the tile (with interlayer).

    Besides these hints you made a wonderful job! The table looks really beautiful, you can be proud of yourself!
