  1. This information on spring fruit trees is a game changer for me. I have a mandarin that has leaf curl and I inherited a lemon tree from my mom and it had leaf miner not to mention leaf curl scale and mealy bugs. I thought this lemon tree was a goner, but it held in there. I was able to spray it with whatever I could find and it survived my winter. I will give the horticulture spray a try, but I was wondering how does it affect the bees that love the flowers?

  2. I’d love a video on tips for reading concentrate info labels. Every time I try and figure out how I need to mix, it still doubt what I’m doing.

  3. Don't citrus fruit trees need to be sprayed also? Thanks for this video. I've been intimidated about spraying, because I didn't know anything about it.

  4. How many trees did the 2 gallons cover? I just have one espalier Apple tree could I do it with a hand held spray bottle. And would you also spray your boxwood to help prevent spider mites?

  5. Heads up with the magnolia tree. When it drops its leaves, the leaves are slippery. My parents had one near their front entry. It was beautiful until the fall when the leaves and flowers fall and become slippery.

  6. I have that hose! It's nice! It stretches and retracts as water flows. Light weight for storing. I've been using it for 2 seasons, no complaints.

  7. If you have left over dormant spray from spraying the fruit trees, can you store that for use at a later time?

  8. When do you need to start spraying your trees? I have an apple tree that I only planted last year. Wondering if I need to spray that?

  9. A friendly warning: we have had a number of those hoses in an attempt to fit a hose into a small space. They have all exploded. We think the soft rubber has degraded over time and then suddenly gives way to the pressure of water inside the line. If i were to use one inside a structure I would just make sure to keep it away from direct sunlight and make sure the water is clear from the line when storing away.

  10. Is there any reason you wouldn't spray the trees? Say if you have certain degree temps in the forecast. I'm sure it makes the most sense to spray when you get a dry spell. My apples got attacked last year with coddling moths, are there any physical measure you could take to prevent fruit damage? I think I've seen something about wrapping your fruit and such

  11. Omg what great timing. I just ordered the All Seasons oil from Amazon. Only $9.99! Should take care of many issues with my plants.

  12. Now this is my Jam, few things beat a neat collection of cacti 😍 and the Hyacinths blooming are just perfection, so exciting to start the season with hope for bountyfull harvests and pretty plants ☺

  13. Hi Laura, and GA! A fan watching everyday since 2019 – we recently stopped by Andrews Seed on our move from Northern Arizona to Central Washington and it was so nice to start our last day there, and seeing your old gazebo in town! It was a beautiful shop, fun experience and oddly familiar because I saw your dad… we lost all of our houseplants in the haul but my wife picked out a new one, my three kids picked out seeds and gloves and we got a souvenir hoodie. Ps. The whole town smelled like sweet onions 🧅

  14. The ledge is so perfect for the line up of Cacti! The Hartley is filling up. Thanks for the reminder on spraying. I've got two miniature peaches to do. Thank you for everything you do an how you do it!

  15. Good morning Laura and family
Great video, the succulents look awesome and there new little homes thank you Laura for sharing as always, have a great rest of the day. Got two to three inches of snow thank God we need the moisture.👋🙂

  16. Wondering if you could do a video on dwarf / miniature fruit trees. Would love to plant some in pots on my deck!

  17. We have an old established apple tree. It keeps leaves thru most of the winter, do we need to wait for those to fall off or spray nowish and saturate everything? Zone 4b, Montana

  18. Question: (I’m New to fruit trees)Wouldn’t it make more sense to prune fruit trees first before spraying them? Because now you’ve exposed an area that hasn’t been sprayed. 🤷‍♀️

  19. Love watching you do ANYTHING in the garden it makes me happy. Feeling like I’m in the garden with you. In the big city no garden here blessings.

  20. I can remember using three towels and a leather belt to repot a 3ft tall Madagascar Crown of Thorns ! Talk about getting pricked! 😢

  21. Slime helps get the fine needles out of your skin. 13:07 easy and fast. I chose to not own that kind of cactus anymore.

  22. The cactus collection is beautiful!! I use barbecue/grill tongs to plant/transfer cacti – they are larger and longer handled than regular tongs and allow me to hold the cactus in place.
Can’t wait for the fruit trees to bloom!!

  23. Would it be possible to use this regimen on roses? I struggle with both mealy bugs and black spot something fierce.
