Mt. Washington has a weather station so there are people there keeping track of the temperatures. Yes, they do have to go outside. In the summer there is a cog railroad or a road that you can go to the top of the mountain.

I agree with your disappointment with Unplugged Pink. Dimensions are 14”-30” tall but mine barely reached 12” at the END of summer. Northwest Michigan, zone 5/6.
