   Great curb appeal. Love the extra added bonus of both porches for additional living space. Open an airy with great flow through the rooms. Kitchen is got everything you would need. I would change out the wood stove for a gas fireplace. Too old for messing with wood. Bedrooms are good size with plenty of storage. I grew up in a 450 ft home so this is perfect. Great job!!!👍👍👏🥰

   A wood stove such as the one in the living room cannot be placed directly against the wall (also against the furniture!) and in a corner in the way that it is shown here because of fire hazard. There must be fireproof material under the stove, and it must have space clearance around it. Generally this clearance is about 15 inches around all sides of the stove, and thus the requirements for the stove can take up a good bit of area in a little building. Small houses are charming but they must be liveable;.

    These are great, but you need to add on an extra meter or closet to house the hot water heater, the furnace and electrical panels, if someone were to actually build this. Lovely design though.
