    I love this!! I was doing a body scan of rest , listen, and I took my art journal to bed this is such a good story. The art, scrolls abd books or the history of gets me. Instead of that I should be present in the moment of how the sun rests on leaves. I feel sad oftentimes listening here takes me to another place. Thank you happy 2023💐🧤🎉🌏🎉🌍🎉🌎🎉🛌🧘.

    I have a really hard time falling asleep and I've tried quite a lot of things but listening to you has been the most effective, I have absolutely no idea how easily I fall asleep. Thank you
