Hello and thanks for visiting my backyard. This is how it looks in wintertime just before any changes begin to happen for spring and summer. This backyard has alot of work to be done in the future but I’m excited to take you along on my journey.
I hope you feel like a guest and a fellow gardener as you “visit” my yard. I hope to get some tips and tricks and comments about what you think would look good or anything I should change or add.
Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have a GREAT rest of your day.
Belen.

That is a big backyard.
1, Looks like you have lots of good spaces for plants, lots of microclimates. It should definitely be good for growing a range of things.
2, you put the clip showing the back lot from the road side in twice lol, probably just a oversight.
3, the concrete wall that's falling over, i would get it fixed before putting in perennials, when the wall goes and has to get repaired you will probably loose all the plants in it.
4, the rotator compost bins can be useful, the 1 i built takes about a month if its filled with shredded paper and lawn clippings, gives me about a wheelbarrow full, could be useful to hold onto for smaller amounts of compost for adding between mid season plantings.
5, keep making vids! i cant wait to see how you use all your different spaces 🙂
Wow I loveee how big the yard is
You might want to get a soil test to see what the pH is for the area you want to plant the blueberries. The require a low pH of about 4.5 to 5.5 which is lower than most plants like. There should be an Agricultural Extension service in your state that can get you a low cost soil test. Should only cost $15 to $20. The pH meters that sell in garden centers are very unreliable, so a soil test is best to tell what the soil needs. And weeds are always a problem. You could use a tarp or put down cardboard to smother the weeds until you get ready to plant your garden. It only takes about a month to kill the weeds.
