A few folk have asked about the equipment I use to record my videos and how I get the buttery smooth shots – I’d like to say it’s me but alas it’s not me – it’s the equipment.
Below is what I use:
Main Camera: Panasonic HC-VX1 4K: https://amzn.to/2RHRJAo This never lets you down and produces great wide stunning shots in 4K
Second Camera: GoPro Hero Black 7: https://amzn.to/2PufdHg This IS THE camera if you have an allotment. It is by far the best and easiest to use – video is stunning!!!
Third Camera: Note 9: https://amzn.to/2L588MV If I have no camera and need video… this is a great video caperture phone – 4K is stunning.
Main Mic: RØDE VideoMic Pro+ Microphone – Black: https://amzn.to/2PsuTe2 The quality is unmatched.
Second Mic: Rode Smartlav+ Lavalier Microphone: https://amzn.to/2L3DBPq Back up if the wind is too great
Indoor Mic: PR 40: https://amzn.to/2PrZI2F Omph – if you are going into this for real – audio is even more important that video. This mic is a dream sound.
27” iMac: https://amzn.to/2B1VVE6 I have used Macs all my life – not one has let me down. Rock solid with rock solid software. I use Apple’s Final Cut Pro
Main Tripod: K & F Concept Tripod: https://amzn.to/2L3HKmw I have tried all so many tripods some way way more expensive. This one is great, lightweight… but opens tall enough to still get me in the shot and I am 6” 4”!
Second Tripod (for GoPro Hero 7) Joby GorillaPod SLR-Zoom: https://amzn.to/2L5vRMS This is the idea tripod when in allotment as you can stick it anywhere and record great shots
Light: Neewer 176 LED 5600K: https://amzn.to/2B5Dy0U I use this all the time now great for dull days (we get lots of those).

Loved this video. I said exactly the same thing about my garden tools today. I needed a fork and had no idea where it was because I don’t use it any more!
This just lifted my spirit ..seeing you so hyper and happy is a tonic.Rain stops play here in West Midlands…rather have frosts.I'm definitely practising no dig this Autumn ground too wet haha…
I'm off to Primark now..ladies section mind.
Eeeeee! The Grey Horse! We are just going into our 2nd year with our allotment in Cleadon. Glad to find your channel and hopefully pick up some tips for growing in the sunny north east! We were flying by the seat of our pants last year but managed to grow plenty of goodies. Just waiting for Wilkos to get their seed potatoes in now, and I’ll feel like the new growing season has begun!
Dude don't make clickbait titles. 3:40 in and I'm waiting for you to address the subject matter. Now I won't watch your videos.
The shovel industry is going to come after no dig gardeners. Look out for Big Shovel.
Excellent Tony. Discovered your entertaining vodeos
I tried no-dig but failed. My entire crop of dandelions has failed!
I am no dig 2 years now and it is a great blessing. No tools other then sheers for chop and drop, 2 buckets and a shovel.
I am in the process of putting my mini garden to rest so I chop and drop the residue of the crop cover it with compost and mulch and let it decompose over winter. I left the roots in the ground so they leave chennals for water to enter. Greetings from the Balkans
wouldn't be normal to have no tools. the occasional need to use a tool makes it worth keeping. tools are paid for & not eatin anything!
So, in other words, there is no trouble with no dig.
My shovel is used for taking compost from the compost heap xD. I find the hoe is pretty handy for scraping compost off the edge of the pile too
Top man, keep doing what you do,kept me sane this year
What fun, loved the jacket and the editing.
just changing my allotment to no dig allot of work to start with but the beds i did last year needed very little work to get ready for this year
waffle
I learned nothing from this video, but the laughs I got were worth more than information!
Really enjoyed this video – I have just started a no dig allotment
Loved this!
