  1. Your skin is glowing and flawless as always! Thank you again for supplying us with quality content 🥰💗🫡

  2. Great Video! I'm interested to see if soaking helps with the creasing. I notice this issue with my less processed more wooly wool, like Rauma Vams. I do wet block my sweaters so I don't think that is the issue for me. It does bother me too- but I love the warmth of that sweater. Another thought- I wonder if I could hang that sweater to avoid folding because it is so light weight??

  3. This has nothing to do with knitting but how are you keeping your skin so glowy in winter? My dry skin is very envious rn! 😂😭

  4. So strange that you are having breakages with your Loch Lomand yarn. I used a swift and wool winder with no issues and it’s not caused me any problems whilst knitting it. Mine is certainly not as easy to pull apart as yours seems to be. I wonder if it’s the batch? In any case your sweater is gorgeous

  5. Love, love, love your blanket! I have never wanted to knit a scrappy blanket but THIS really tempts me. Gorgeous and fun 😊

  6. The fact that you holded the yarn with mohair, that will give sturdiness to the sweater. Definitely wet block any sweater

  7. Hi, re yarn quantity required for a given size garment, there could be variations between knitters depending on length of body and sleeves knitted, and also whether or not there's a swatch and size of swatch. For instance, I always use less than the quantity stated in the pattern as I'm short and I re-use the yarn from the swatch.

  8. hi! lovely episode. I would wet block the sweater- woolen spun yarn holds a LOT of tension until it blooms. I haven’t ever had a creasing issue with wet blocked items.

  9. Hi! Loved this video, great quality as usual 🤗 Really look forward to reviews of your worn sweaters, always intriguing to see how they hold up 😉 Love your Aros sweater colour combo, can’t wait to see it. Happy holidays! 🎉

  10. For the blanket, you could buy a single size of interchangeables and then a really long cord. That way in the future you can get different length cords for that size of needle so you’re not stuck with one extremely long needle. I hope this makes sense 😅

  11. I‘m also knitting with BC Garn Loch Lomond (had no problem caking it up with the swift and ball winder) at the moment and I have used their Semilla Pura (I think you are calling it Semelina?) and the Semilla Grosso & I love all of them! ❤

  12. Great list of plans and love your Harlow! It looks so good on you ❤ I’d definitely block it as a true soak will bloom that yarn nicely I bet. Then you can spot steam wrinkles later with folding. Rolling instead of folding helps me sometimes with creases. Not always tho 😢 wool likes to hold shapes 😂

  13. Regarding the situation with your new sweater, these types of yarns are known to get much more durable with a good soak, so I wouldn’t worry unless you still have concerns after a proper blocking. It should also be less prone to creasing once washed, as the fabric will open up, become less thick and more loose and drapey. Also the blocking will help the fibers of the yarn to stick together, which helps with durability, and not just evenness of the stitches. I feel like sometimes we forget that blocking isn’t only an aid for the aesthetics of a garment but also the functionality.

Also, it is just a completely lovely sweater! The pattern is perfect for the yarn, and the color is so great on you 😊

  14. I knit a wide headband for a man in my family with very curly hair, which he doesn't want to crush, he really likes it. Maybe Adam will want to try a headband?
