This tiny house was renovated from an old warehouse in the garden, with the request not to expand the area from the owner, the architects of HP Design only added the porch to make a place to relax, read a book, can receive guests…with a glass roof to help this space blend into the garden’s nature. With the layout of reasonable functional areas and modern interior design, the old warehouse has completely transformed into a tiny house worth living.
Tiny house with 8.5m x 3.0m floor plan with full functions, spacious porch is a place to receive guests, relax, read…Although the house is small, it has a spacious garden to arrange an outdoor barbecue area. The bathroom and toilet area is quite spacious and luxurious, the kitchen is designed in the form of a kitchen island with a dining table to save space, bedroom is quite comfortable without feeling cramped, the wardrobe is divided into 2 and arranged in 2 places to optimize space.

I'e seen a wooden insulated house with this general design. I've thought about it and fir me I would definitely want the bathroom at the far end with the bedroom in the central space. I reckon I'd get a murphy bed and be able to avail of the space for a living room rather than have a bed take up the space all the time and the living area be relatively restricted… Haven't had to follow through and actualize my ideas my ideas yet…
Indeed if the kitchen were at the opposite end (rather than be in the middle) the living dining area could be lovely and roomy.
I know this would be costly for plumbing but I still think it would be worth it…
Nice to dream… Best regards. G Ire
