is your business franchised Jack if it is then why don't you use a CRM i think i know of one that could benefit both your employees and you it's called P4P which stands for Pay for Perfomance it allows the employees to have access to all the information that the business has access to in addition to the fact that the employees earn more money the quicker they finish the jobs at their job sites while also allowing them to take a percentage of the Lobour revenue as their pay which means that you wouldn't have to give them raises
