I am excited to add even more fruit to my Minnesota Zone 4 garden in 2022! I am growing a lot of soft fruits from seed. But I was blessed with a gift from one of my favorite garden YouTube families–more fruits to add to the garden!

    I bought a few dozen trees from Stark Brothers the past decade. Good company. If your stuff dies first year they refund you 125%. ✌️

    You should try Yuzu. It’s survived outdoors here in Washington at about 10° this year. Meanwhile my Myers lemon I left out died. Theoretically. 😜 it may come back we’ll see. Another good place for some interesting plants is “One Green World”. they have quite a few hearty citrus types.

    This was an awesome coincidence, Sheree! I had a similar experience, as I lived in less than an hour away from Baker Creek Seed Company, when I was stationed in Missouri but did not realize it until a decade after the fact. LOL Great additions for the garden purchases. We are putting out more strawberries this year too. We hope all the plants do great in your garden.

    Variegated lemon wow. Bareroot strawberries are so cool to grow. Pretty sure you will do good with it. A key lime to add to the garden, thats so cool.

    Congratulations on winning! I love learning to save seeds of all kind. I grow more from seed than seedlings. Where ever your strawberry patch is you may want to section it off because once they start growing shoots he will literally have strawberries for life I couldn’t hardly contain mine. I’m starting another one this year because I didn’t like my original variety. That plant is going to grow super fast too Awesome! Lol you are going to have a ton of plants from just that one ♥️

    I have been very successful growing strawberries in Minnesota for a few years now. Plenty of runners to get the patch larger every year too!
