That's a good idea. I collect the kitchen waste and make compost but always used to throw away the kitchen roll. Now I know what to do. But I seen you throwing bread into the kitchen waste. But that's not good na. Cooked food is not to be added to the waste I believe.

You are my number one go to for gardening! I can't find a video on if is ok to use paper from brown paper rolls between plants to prevent weeds. Someone gave me some brown paper rolls but then I looked up its composition and it listed many types of sulfur which I heard is not good for gardening (bad for soil, makes soil too acidic, harmful to plants) Yet many people in my neighborhood tell me it's okay to use in gardens. What do you think? Thank you!

Toilet paper rolls have chemicals in them!! So by planting those, you are basically poisoning the environment ?? I fail to see how that benefits anyone?
make a small slit in the top of rolls for the string end to be secured and not unroll…
I am so happy now to plant seedlings without accidentally damaging the seedlings when transplanting. By using the cardboard rolls and plant straight into ground or pot I handle only the roll so no damage and its perfect! Had been doing this for a while now, and its really good.
when rolling string, make a slit one the side to slip the en into so it will not unwind. This is done with spools of thread for sewing.
