Oh my gosh you have never seen a cardinal in real life Wow so they don’t come around your area where you live that’s a shame I am surrounded in them they are special beautiful birds I live in Massachusetts
Yes you would call those tinsel trees when I was a little girl my parents had a full size tinsel tree in silver with individual sleeves and then she would put a light on the bottom that change color because there were no lights on the tree very vintage very pretty trees also you don’t see them anymore!
And I remember she gave it to an antique store in the used to use it in their window display at Christmas time
Oh my goodness. pure eye candy. When you showed the butterfly prints on the wall…. I was crushing on the black deer head with those gorgeous antlers!!!! I want to put a big wreath around his neck and bring him home!!! I can't believe how many different styles and color palettes of trees and decor. Wish I was close enough to come to the open house. Looks like so much fun.

I have cardinals on my feeder and I love them so much. Black capped chickadees and nut hatches, too. Woodpeckers on the suet and I have a bowl of peanuts for the blue jays. They are all just the best. Sweet. innocent and entertaining.

Monticello and Montpelier are beautifully manicured grounds offering loads of historical inspiration. Drive through the Blue Ridge Parkway to the Shenandoah Valley to meet the growers at Harmony Harvest and The Plant Company. Too many vineyards and farm to table restaurants to list. Just a few hours north of Jerry and Jenny! And no, I’m not a travel agent 😂 just absolutely love the area I call home! And if you love the cardinal, you will fall in love with the eastern mountain bluebird. 😉
