  1. Always learn something when I watch you two! I know to pinch sweet peas (and zinnias) but what other cool flowers should I pinch. Also, you mentioned waiting to plant strawflowers til early spring and I’ve heard you say the same about stock. Why? And are there other cool flowers that should wait til early spring? I already have my strawflower transplants in the ground!! My first year doing cool flowers and soil blocking…loving it! Zone 8a in southeast AL.

  2. I’m wondering do straw flowers need it to warm up at night for them to bloom well? I live where year round nights stay most often below 65?? I tried growing last year and had one plant grow and it didn’t get very big.
