As I said in the chat, prednisone is derived from cortisol. Cortisol is produced in an area of the adrenal glands, which are located on top of the kidneys. Cortisol, prednisone, etc are commonly called steroids. Taking many steroids of the glucocortisol class on a regular basis, can cause your body to stop producing the natural forms, which in turn can cause many health problems. Most animals produce cortosol. The normal supply of animal derived substances comes from the animals we slaughter for food like, pigs, cattle and sheep. No worries about human derived forms. Another animal derived medication is thyroid. It is found in natural forms as well as synthetic. Armour is a brand name of a naturally derived form of thyroid medication. Now that we know the chemical make-up of cortisol, we can change the molecules into more or less active forms through chemical reactions. Think about organic chemistry. βοΈ A "pill" is a round ball that used to be mainly used to dose large animals. It would have been sent down a tube into the animal's stomach. A "tablet" is "formed" by intense pressure of different carriers, along with the drug. One of the common carriers is lactose powder. Tablets can be found in many different shapes, sizes and colors. A "capsule" π starts as an empty shell with 2 sides. This is what you will use to put pulverized herbs etc into. King, I recommend using NeilMed sinus wash for your sinus problems. You will mix it with warm distilled water. For 8 oz. liquid use one package of the salt mixture. You can increase to 2 packages per 8 oz. This will open up your sinus passages and clean out the gunk. You can add 1/2 tsp Johnson's Baby Shampoo to the mix which breaks up bacterial biofilms. You can do this treatment 2 times a day or more. It is safe and effective and there are no drug interactions or pregnancy restrictions. If that doesn't work by itself, add an anti-histamine. King, try raw goatβs milk and see if you can tolerate that. Bev can make cheese, yogurt and kefir with it. Keep the buck far from the females and you wonβt have that wiry flavor. Also, when milking have that catch bucket down inside an ice bucket to chill quickly. The bacteria stop multiplying once itβs chilled down and itβs the bacteria that give that distinctive goat flavor, too.

I didn't know we could grow it. I have been taking turmeric 3 capsule s every day for the last 7 years.
