  2. All my raised beds cinder blocks. The kool thing is you can reuse over and over and move around as many times as you want. Buy once last forever….Craigslist free section all day long. Best place for free stuff

  3. FYI…YOUR VIDEO ON THE WATCHERS MOVED ME. CHANGED MY OUT LOOK AND BLESSED ME WITH YOUR INFORMATION. MUCH LOVE…PEACE&PLENTY

  4. This was definitely good info to know about the wood and how long it will last. Can you possibly use tree branches to reinforce your beds until the next season? ๐Ÿ˜Šโค

  5. You are one frugal brother Mr. Grow. Remind me of the older people when I was a kid. Those old people never threw anything away. They would tie up, heist it up or ratchet it up some kind of way to get more use out of it. They taught me, just don't throw it away so fast…….but think and repurpose that thing.

  6. Those bricks used are now like $4.00. What is the diameter of the wood to fit into the slots in the bricks? Thank you in advance for your reply. ๐Ÿ˜€Because of you I learned the bricks existed, but didn't get them this past spring and I paid for it physically. Intend tobuy them during the winter for next spring.

  7. You have down trees on your property that you can use. Ask the Lord to give you inspiration to rebuild your raised beds.

  8. hi ๐Ÿค—
i make my beds with those blocks and untreated wood. i also bought a few manufactured untreated wood beds.
we're on the same page with keeping that wood until it completely breaks down into the beds ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ
i rearranged my beds and put the stronger boards on the bottom and back, then the weaker boards on top and in front (makes it easier to pull and replace). tfs

  9. It's about production. I have patched on one of my 4'x4'x18" raised beds for years. This year I grew 10+ feet Motherland Okra in it that just won't stop producing, even today. The soil is the best soil of all the soil in the garden. When soil falls out of it I shovel it back over into the bed .Friends and family laugh because I won't tear her down. By the way, I named that raised bed "Lizzo – Water Me" – She's out front, outperforming and outproducing all others with no shame.
